NC Fusion Cup -  Art contest

We are excited to announce that we are looking for your creativity to develop a unique logo to represent the 2025 NC Fusion Cup tournament in May. Your logo design could be selected to be used in marketing materials, the tournament medals and swag! 


We welcome all levels of artistic interpretation; we are looking for passionate artists and casual doodlers to submit your artwork for consideration.


Submission Guidelines:

• Artwork should be original and reflect what NC Fusion means to you.

• Any digital format (JPEG, PDF, PNG, etc.) will be accepted

• Deadline for submissions is September 1, 2024.

• Please include a brief description explaining the concept and inspiration behind the design.


Please send your entries to media@ncfusion.org with the subject line "NC Fusion Cup Logo Submission". Include your name and contact information in the email.


The winning drawing, doodle or design will be translated into our official logo. (Depending on the submission, small modifications may be needed.)


The winning artist will be highlighted through our media channels and receive tournament gear featuring the winning design.

Rules

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to all individuals regardless of age, except for employees of the organizing committee and their immediate family members. (Submissions will only be considered from a member of NC Fusion)


2. Theme and Concept: Designs must reflect the spirit and essence of NC Fusion, specifically “What Fusion means to you” emphasizing themes such as teamwork, competition, athleticism, community, fun, and Fusion’s Core Values.


3. Originality: Submissions must be original and should not include any copyrighted material or elements from other logos or designs outside of the NC Fusion brand.


4. Format and Submission Requirements:


  • Designs should be submitted in digital format ( JPEG, PNG, PDF, etc.) with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.
  • Include a brief description explaining the concept and inspiration behind the design.
  • Each participant may submit up to two designs.


5. Deadline: All entries must be submitted by September 1st 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.


6. Judging Criteria:


  • Creativity and originality of the design.
  • Relevance to the tournament theme and soccer in general.
  • Visual appeal, including color scheme, composition, and overall aesthetics.


7. Selection Process:


  • A panel of judges appointed by the organizing committee will review all submissions anonymously.
  • The judging panel reserves the right not to select a winner if no suitable entries are received.


8. Prizes: The winning artist will be highlighted through the clubs media channels and receive tournament gear featuring the winning design.


9. Intellectual Property:


  • By submitting a design, participants agree that the organizing committee may use their entry for promotional and commercial purposes related to the tournament.
  • The winning design becomes the property of the organizing committee, with appropriate credit given to the designer.


10. Announcement of Winners:



  • Winners will be notified via email or phone within 7 days after the submission deadline.
  • The winning design(s) will be officially announced on the tournament's website and social media channels.


11. Contact Information: Provide contact details for inquiries and submissions, including email address and phone number.


12. Additional Terms: The organizing committee reserves the right to modify contest rules or cancel the contest at any time.
