In a post COVID world we see the need for connection even more, and we want to build those connections through sport and social activity. We want to build a community of people who can form lasting friendships and support networks
People who participate in recreational sports have reduced risk for diabetes and cardiovascular disease. Group sports participants report lower levels of perceived exertion because they are more social and fun than solitary exercise. (Emory Study)
Sports and physical activities have proven benefits for mental health, reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.
Participating in an adult sports league is a unique opportunity to create something special for the community. We can leave a positive impact and provide a wonderful outlet for people of all ages and backgrounds.
